Phil Stoddart picture.png

Phil is a driven and passionate senior executive who has over 20 years’ experience in exhibitions, experiential events, brand activations, media, and publishing.

Phil has held senior management roles with dmg World Media (Daily Mail Group) and Harry the Hirer, working on leading consumer and trade events as both an organiser and supplier before starting his own events business, Toro Group, in early 2012.

In recent years Phil has returned to the events and experiential space in GM roles, using his unique insights into both the organiser and supplier perspectives of the events industry. Having worked on both sides has allowed him to become an events expert who sees business benefits through different “lenses”.

Alongside “clever” Phil and Cam, he is leading the Custom Made division to push the boundaries of possibility with world-class products for his clients.  The combination of Phil's outstanding industry experience coupled with the technical nous and operational know-how of his team is allowing Phil to deliver outstanding results for his clients again and again.

Phil Hine picture.png

After a long career in FMCG, Phil recognised a significant gap in the Australian market to offer tailored product solutions to companies wishing to execute brand activations, events, in-store demonstrations and product sampling, and Displays 2 Go was born.

Under Phil's leadership the business has grown to be one of Australia’s leading display, event and exhibition providers, with a large production facility in Sydney and a network of warehouses and installation services across the country.

As the business has grown and continued to offer more and more bespoke solutions to clients, the establishment of a "custom" division has been a logical step for Phil in the evolution of the business.
